Tháng 10 – tháng 12, mùa hoa cải trắng, hoa dã quỳ nở rộ: Từ tháng 10 – 12 những bông dã quỳ, hoa cải bắt đầu nở, những bông cải trắng bạt ngàn, phủ trắng bao quả đồi. những đồi cải trắng trải dài như tấm thảm nhìn ngút tầm mắt, lúc này khắp các bản làng ở Mộc Châu được bao phủ bởi một màu trắng tinh khôi của hoa cải.

Tháng 10 – tháng 12: Mùa Hoa Cải trắng Mộc Châu.
Tháng 4 – tháng 8, Mùa mận chín và khí hậu mát mẻ: Khoảng thời gian này các tỉnh đồng bằng bước vào mùa hè oi bức trong khi đó Mộc Châu lại mát mẻ và trong lành, nên đây là điểm trú nóng lý tưởng cho bạn. Thời điểm này cũng là khi những vườn mận có quả chín, bạn có thể tham quan và hái mận với người dân.
Ngoài ra vào khoảng thời gian này, nước từ đầu nguồn về khiến cho Thác Dải Yếm có nhiều nước, dòng thác rất mạnh, lúc này là thời điểm thác đẹp nhất, bạn đừng bỏ lỡ điểm du lịch rất đẹp này.

ĐIỂM DU LỊCH NỔI TIẾNG MỘC CHÂU
Đồi Chè Trái Tim: Khu vực Tân Lập nổi tiếng có những đồi chè đẹp nhất Mộc Châu, những đồi chè ở Tân Lập xanh mướt trải dài ngút tầm mắt, là cảnh đẹp thiên nhiên nhưng được tạo ra bởi bàn tay của những công nhân nông trường chè.
Ở Mộc Châu có rất nhiều đồi chè, nhưng đẹp nhất và nổi tiếng nhất là Đồi chè Trái Tim, mọi du khách đến Mộc Châu đều không bỏ lỡ điểm du lịch này, đến đây du khách được tận mắt ngắm những sườn đồi rộng lớn được phủ kín bởi những luống chè xanh mướt. Đây cũng là địa điểm chụp hình rất đẹp ở Mộc Châu.
Đồi chè Trái Tim nằm ở khu nông trường liên doanh với Đài Loan nên gọi là đồi chè Đài Loan, vị trí của đồi chè này rất thuận tiện để tham quan vì khá gần Thị Trấn Mộc Châu, chỉ cách khoảng 10km.

Thung Lũng Mận Nà Ka: Nằm trên con đường vào xã Tân Lập, cách thị trấn nông trường Mộc Châu khoảng 16km, Nà Ka là thung lũng mận đẹp nhất của đất Mộc Châu.
Người ta ví nơi đây như một xứ sở thần tiên, đặc biệt là khi mùa xuân tới. Đứng trên đỉnh đèo, phóng hết tầm mắt xuống thung lũng là một màu trắng kiêu sa, lung linh và trải dài bất tận.
Đến Nà Ka vào những ngày cuối năm từ cuối tháng 1 và chỉ khoe sắc rực rỡ nhất đến giữa tháng 2 dương lịch, bạn sẽ gặp cảnh tượng tuyệt sắc cả thung lũng phủ trắng bởi sắc trắng của hoa mận tinh khôi.
Còn nếu đến thung lũng Nà Ka và dịp tháng 4, tháng 5 dương lịch là mùa mận chín, bạn sẽ được tham gia hái mận và tận hưởng những quả mận chín mọng ngon tuyệt

Bản Thung Cuông (Thông Cuông): Là một bản người Mông nằm giữa 2 xã Đông Sang của Mộc Châu và Xuân Nha của Vân Hô. Đường dẫn vào Thung Cuông với 2 bên là những thung lũng cải trắng mênh mông được trồng dày đặc.
Đây cũng là một trong những điểm ngắm hoa cải tuyệt đẹp, các bạn trẻ đi phượt rất thích đến đây để chụp những bức ảnh siêu đẹp.
Hai bên đường vào Thông Cuông có rất nhiều thảm hoa cải trắng rất đẹp.
Bản Pá Phách, Thiên Đường Hoa Cải: Bản Pá Phách hay Ba Phách nằm trên đường Quốc lộ 6, gần quán ăn 70, cách ngã ba thị trấn 5 km.
Được mệnh danh là thiên đường hoa cải của Mộc Châu, đây là bản không thể bỏ qua khi đến Mộc Châu, Vào mùa hoa cải từ tháng 11 đến hết tháng 12, cả bản được phủ một màu trắng tinh khôi của hoa cải, khung cảnh thơ mộng và tuyệt đẹp.
Bản Ba Phách là nơi sinh sống của người Thái và Mông, người dân nơi đây trồng hoa cải để lấy hạt bán ép lấy dầu cải, do vậy cải được trồng thành cánh đồng, cải nở hoa từ giữa tháng 11 đến hết tháng 12 và nở đẹp nhất trong khoảng 3 tuần.
Hết mùa hoa cải, bản Pa Phách vào mùa xuân lại chuyển mình đến mùa hoa mận. Hoa mận trắng rợp trời, tinh khôi đong đưa trong gió của đầu xuân.

Bản Lùn: Ngoài bản Pa Phách, Bản Lùn cũng là một điểm du lịch hấp dẫn, du khách thỏa thích ngắm hoa cải trên Bản Lùn khoe sắc dậy hương.

Rừng Thông Bản Áng: Không thua gì so với những đồi thông nổi tiếng ở Đà Lạt, rừng thông Bản Áng với rừng thông xanh cao vút, thẳng đứng mạnh mẽ trải dài bạt ngàn trên dãy đồi đất feralit đỏ nâu tạo nên cảnh quan tự nhiên đẹp mê hồn.
Rừng thông bản Áng thuộc xã Đông Sang, huyện Mộc Châu, tỉnh Sơn La, rộng 43 ha với sự kết hợp hài hòa của hồ nước tự nhiên và rừng thông rộng lớn. Để tới đây, từ trung tâm thị trấn Mộc Châu, bạn đi theo quốc lộ 43 khoảng 2 km.
Hai dãy hồ nước chạy đài theo hướng Đông – Tây với độ cao thấp khác nhau, hai hồ nước tự nhiên 750m2 và 4000m2 nằm sát cạnh rừng thông. Thông ở đây gồm 2 chủng loại thông địa phương, thông Đà Lạt trải dài trên dãy đồi đất Feralít đỏ nâu đã tạo cho nơi đây thành một cảnh quan tự nhiên tuyệt đẹp.

Thác Dải Yếm: hay còn gọi là thác nước Bản Vặt, thác Nàng, một địa danh gắn liền với lịch sử cư trú rừ rất xa xưa của tộc người Thái ở vùng đất Mường Sang xưa, Mộc Châu ngày nay. Có thể nói đây là một cảnh quan sinh thái tuyệt đẹp được thiên nhiên ban tặng cho vùng đất này.
Thác Dải Yếm đẹp nhất vào khoảng từ tháng 5 đến tháng 9, khoảng thời gian đó có nước từ đầu nguồn về, toàn bộ thác cao 100m, rộng 70m được bảo phủ bởi dòng nước từ trên đổ xuống, trắng xóa, nhìn từ xa thác như chốn bồng lai tiên cảnh.
Từ tháng 5 đến tháng 9, có nước từ đầu nguồn về, thác Dải Yếm đẹp mơ màng.

Bản Lóng Luông: Từ Hà Nội lên Mộc Châu, vượt qua xã Lóng Luông huyện Vân Hồ, khi đến bản Lóng Luông gần đèo Hua Tạt và bản Hua Tạt, chỗ nhà nghỉ Vân Luông bạn sẽ thấy hoa tam giác mạch được trồng dưới một khu đất thấp dưới chân đồi, gần đó còn có cánh đồng hoa ngũ sắc nở tự nhiên màu tím rất đẹp.

Đỉnh Pha Luông: Núi Pha Luông, hay còn gọi là Bờ Lung, có độ cao gần 2.000m ở khu vực biên giới Việt-Lào, nằm ở phía đông huyện Mộc Châu, tỉnh Sơn La. Từ ngàn đời nay, địa danh Pha Luông luôn in đậm trong tâm trí mỗi người dân ở Mộc Châu với đỉnh núi sừng sững thâm u, những ngôi nhà vách gỗ, mái lợp tranh ẩn hiện trong sương mù lưng núi.

Món ngon ở Mộc Châu rất nhiều, những món ngon ở đây làm nức lòng bất kỳ du khách nào ghé đến đây, những món ngon nổi tiếng phải kể đến là bê chao, cá suối, cá hồi, lợn bản, gà đồi …
Bê chao: Bê non khi mới sinh ra được xác định giới tính, nếu là bê cái sẽ giữ lại nuôi để lấy sữa, còn bê đực không sinh sản và nuôi lấy sữa được sẽ được cung cấp làm thực phẩm. Bê non ngon nhất là tầm một tuần tuổi thịt thơm, mềm.

Cải mèo: Cải mèo Mộc Châu chỉ có vào mùa đông và mùa xuân. Thứ cải này vốn được bà con ở đây trồng tự nhiên quanh các nương, rẫy để phục vụ nhu cầu của gia đình và thết đãi khách khứa.
Giữa thu đến cuối thu, mang hạt giống ra rải quanh vườn, quanh rẫy mà chẳng cần rào giậu, luống bãi, cũng chẳng cần chăm bón, tưới tắm gì, ấy thế mà cây cải cứ xanh, cứ cao, cứ non mượt non mà, nhìn thôi đã thích mắt.
